MEET THE FOUNDER
My passion for health and fitness is a product of my football career and years of being an athlete. I am a former 1st team All-American football player at SUNY Brockport and was blessed to be able to continue my football career at the professional level. I spent time in the Arena league and just recently played overseas in Italy. I am truly grateful for these experiences and am excited to be able to use the knowledge I have gained through them with all of you. I am extensively trained and certified through NASM as a personal trainer, and graduated college with a B.S degree in kinesiology. My goal with each of you is to share the ins and outs of what it takes to become an elite athlete and the best version of yourself- mentally, physically and spiritually. At JOC ELITE, we specialize in maximizing performance through speed and power development. As the sole CEO and founder, I am committed to providing not only progress, results, and success, but to creating a positive environment and a contagious culture.
